Refund Policy

Your satisfaction matters. This policy outlines the refund process for Wîhkask / RRR Insight services.

If you are unsatisfied with a service, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds for written deliverables may be issued if the service has not yet been started. Once a written reading or interpretation has been delivered, refunds may not be available.

For live sessions, cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling. No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
